Space reservations are $10 for a 10’ x 10’ space, or $15 with table included. To reserve your space, please

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Set up time – Building will be open on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 8 a.m. for sellers to arrive and set
up their space. Set up must be completed by 9:30 a.m. All items are the responsibility of the vendor. If
items are lost or damaged it is not the responsibility of the event coordinator. No vehicles are
permitted inside the building for purposes of loading and unloading. Please bring carts to transport
items into the building.
Space assignment – Spaces are 10’ x 10’ and will be assigned by first reserved and paid, first served.
Space will be held until 10:30 am on the day of the event, at which time the payment as well as the
space will be forfeited and reassigned. Spaces will have a number on the floor, upon checking in the
seller will be given their assigned numbered space. Tables are available for an additional $5, and must
be reserved in advance. No firearms or animals will be allowed on the premises, or for the purpose of
selling.
Take down – The Indoor Garage Sale is advertised until 2pm at which time it is permissible to take
down your booth. All sellers are asked to remove all items from the building by 4pm.
